I am a board certified and licensed naturopathic doctor and birth doula. I'm an expert in the field of natural birth and have attended births since 2002.

As a birth doula and naturopathic medicine student, my mission is to instill confidence and resilience in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I believe in the innate strength and wisdom of every birthing person and am committed to providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout this transformative journey. 

As a naturopathic doctor I use naturopathic tools and lactation consulting to support moms through the first steps of motherhood, allowing them to feel empowered, grounded and focused on caring for their growing family throughout their fourth trimester’ and beyond.

I have been practicing naturopathic medicine since 2008. My area of expertise is in women's and childhood health including preconception care, fertility concerns, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I also look after children of all ages.

I obtained my BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy in 2004 in England, at the European School of Osteopathy. I have concluded the post-graduate Biodynamic programme.
